The glue is very strong and coup...December 9, 2016I used this glue to adhere box joints made of solid 3/8" cherry. The glue is very strong and coupled with the surface area of a box joint I expect these boxes to stay together for a long time. The instructions state the glue expands as it dries and this is certainly true. I had a lot of glue to sand off after it dried, but it all came off using 80-grit paper and a lot of elbow grease.I also used it to glue plywood bottoms to the boxes, installed in grooves. Since the glue is so strong I did not need to use very much. Squeeze out here didn't matter since it isn't seen on the bottom of the box and the interior will be covered later.I am very happy with the performance of this polyurethane glue and expect to use it on future woodworking projects. ToiletBoss · Review provided by Home DepotAll Reviews
