Grado Prestige Black - Phono cartridge

The Grado Prestige 3 Black is a high quality MM phono cartridge that uses three piece OTL cantilever technology, standard oxygen free wire coils and Grado's specially designed elliptical diamond mounted in a brass bushing. Optimised Transmission Line Grado’s OTL (optimised transmission line) technology is designed to reject unwanted resonances and lower distortion levels to preserve the fundamental and harmonic frequencies of the music. The OTL stylus/cantilever combination makes records sound quieter, improves the soundstage and produces more detail than on previous models. Hand Crafted The Prestige Black 3 are all hand assembled by Grado’s team in Brooklyn, USA, with some builders having over 25 years of experience. With fine detail and expert craftsmanship each cartridge offers superb tonal balance and dynamics for a most satisfying reproduction of vocals and instruments. Flux Bridge Design The Prestige Black3 uses Grado’s patented Flux-Bridger design to achieve one of the lowest effective moving mass generating systems, whilst also achieving an excellent balance throughout the full frequency range.
