She's not big enough for adult diapers so we are now stuck. I bought a case of these in L/XL and she could not get them up comfortably and the sides ripped on most of them. $35 waisted but I will try & return them. I have other expenses for my child and can't afford to waist any money. The new design has changed too drastically and are not working at all. The elastic in the leg is way too tight and narrow. The side material has little to no stretch or strength. I guess those that wear them must stand up all day and avoid running and playing or moving at all. You should really think of the money you make off of parents of special needs children older than 2 or 3yrs. The weight on the L/XL says from 60-125lbs. My older neice who is 89lbs could not wear these. Maybe consider having real parents visit your labs to get a full feedback on quality. At this point I will have to scout stores for the older design until I find a better solution.
