The complete front is basically a large black mesh area, which makes the case look very discreet. The I/O panel in the front edge of the cover is equipped with two modern USB 3.0 ports and additionally contains two audio connections (In/Out), status LED indicators as well as power and reset button. In the rear area of the cover there is another mesh grille, which is mounted slightly raised on the housing and on both sides of the housing there are ventilation grids for cooling the components or as an exhaust air opening for the power supply unit. Depending on the size of the built-in ATX power supply, dual-slot graphics cards with a length of up to 280 mm can be installed in this small case. A power supply up to 220 mm long restricts the GPUs to 190 mm, with a PSU up to 140 mm a graphics card up to 280 mm can be installed. An impressive 165 mm in height is possible for CPU coolers, which can be mounted on a Mini-ITX mainboard or certain Micro-ATX mainboards. Only particularly compact Micro-ATX motherboards with a maximum of three expansion slots and dimensions of 22.6 cm x 18.0 cm can be installed. Up to four fast 2.5-inch SSDs find a home at two brackets, but can also make way for up to two 3.5-inch hard disks. One of these brackets is located under the lid and hangs underneath either two SSDs or two HDDs, while the bracket mounted on the right can accommodate two 2.5-inch drives. A single 120mm case fan is built into the rear panel, and for external water cooling, there are two hose feedthroughs above the two PCI bezels. The combination of discreet design and extensive hardware support makes the Satellite an insider tip among the mini performance enclosures.
